This program is aimed at training candidates for the job of a Phlebotomy Technician, in the Healthcare Sector/Industry and aims at building the following key competencies amongst the learner.

Requirements

Eligibility criteria: Std. 12th passed and above (preferably with Science)

Phlebotomy Technician

  • This course is designed for students desiring a career as a Phlebotomist in the rapidly growing stand-alone and hospital-based diagnostic laboratories.  

    Upon the completion of the course, students will be able to:

    • Demonstrate knowledge about the healthcare sector and diagnostic services
    • Demonstrate the ability to perform clinical skills essential in providing basic diagnostic services such as correctly collect, transport, receive, accept or reject and store blood /urine/stool and tissue samples, etc.; update patient records; etc.
